Nationwide Hygiene goes worldwide
April 1st 2006

Nationwide Hygiene has bolstered its European presence with the addition of Julius Maske AS / S-Gruppen ASA in Norway and Nyblomgruppen AB in Sweden to the INPACS network. With the incorporation of Finland’s Pamark Oy as an associated member of Igefa (Nationwide’s German partner), the deal means INPACS, a co-operative group of independent distributors acting under one banner, now has operations in 21 European countries.

According to chief executive David Scholes, this means Nationwide can offer customers with European business the same uniform service throughout the continent.

Similarly, through an agreement with Network Services in the USA (which shares the same umbrella independent structure but on a massive scale, turning over $8bn), Nationwide now seeks to promote its transatlantic reach to European businesses with operations in North America – and vice versa. “It’s a massive opportunity for us,” says Scholes. ‘The potential for crossover sales across a common standard is quite significant.”

Visit Nationwide Hygiene and the rest of the INPACS network at Interclean, Hall 3.
