New owners for Walter -Broadley

Walter Broadley Holdings has been acquired by Tennant Company, a NYSE listed company based in Minneapolis in a multi-million pound transaction.

The new organisation will trade from Walter-Broadleys existing Northampton factory and will enable Tennant to further develop its sales and service coverage in the UK.

The intention is to guarantee continued development of the products and services offered to Walter-Broadley customers in the retail and contract cleaning markets and both organisations will continue under the Walter-Broadly name.

The sales structure will be such that Tennant industrial customers and dealers will also continue to be served by their existing contacts.
