ISSA has renewed its business alliance with the Cleaning and Support Services Association (CSSA). CSSA members will have access to ISSA’s cleaning industry articles and publications, and can purchase educational products at discounted rates. It also enables CSSA to publish ISSA materials in its newsletters. Mutual access willl be given to the membership directories of both.

• ISSA and CSSA also plan to work together to define a Certification Programme for the UK cleaning industry.

• ISSA/INTERCLEAN Central & Eastern Europe (13-15 May 2009,Warsaw, Poland) saw 182 exhibitors from 25 countries, with 2,811 visitors.
