The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) says it issued a record 81,378 PAL Cards (Powered Access Licences) in 2008.“Training will grow steadily in 2009, as new markets and industrial sectors embrace the benefits of internationally recognised operator training,”says Tim Whiteman,IPAF MD.
