SOFHT Food Hygiene conference January 19th 2009 Food Hygiene - The Preventative Approach is an SOFHT event that takes place on Wednesday 4th March 2009.
Hygiene remains a priority subject throughout the food industry and all its associated sectors - manufacturing, retail, suppliers, employers, employees, as well as the regulatory bodies. This SOFHT event provides delegates with the chance to hear speakers from manufacturing, service companies and experts with specific and relevant practical experience and knowledge - including one or two who have been involved in recent TV programmes dealing with hygiene.
