SOFHT Food Hygiene conference
January 19th 2009

Food Hygiene - The Preventative Approach is an SOFHT event that takes place on Wednesday 4th March 2009.

Hygiene remains a priority subject throughout the food industry and all its associated sectors - manufacturing, retail, suppliers, employers, employees, as well as the regulatory bodies. This SOFHT event provides delegates with the chance to hear speakers from manufacturing, service companies and experts with specific and relevant practical experience and knowledge - including one or two who have been involved in recent TV programmes dealing with hygiene. Alongside an exhibition with companies who can potentially help to develop and improve hygiene control and maintenance, the event provides an opportunity to hear some of the latest views on hygiene from the widest possible perspective.

Kindly sponsored by Biocote, speakers include: Dr Lisa Ackerley, MD - Hygiene Audit Systems, Richard Hastings, microbiologist - BioCote, John Henry, workplace organisation & hygiene group leader - McCormicks, Mark Hill, national sales manager - Comark, Andrew Holden, marketing manager - Deb, Peter Littleton, technical services manager - Holchem Laboratories.

The venue is the Brooklands Hotel, Barnsley Road, Dodworth, Barnsley, S75 3JT.
