Designed for hospitals by hospitals April 1st 2008 Robert Scott & Sons say its new trolley system meets the demand for safer, more hygienic cleaning of hospitals and environmentally sensitive areas. The firm says the Alpha Rokleen Trolley builds on the best parts of the original Rokleen system with design criteria shaped by hospitals and cleaning contractors. “We have taken on board three major requirements highlighted by hospitals and cleaning contractors.Namely: the need to ensure greater hygiene, the desire for a system that can be stored easily, and a trolley that can safely hold and store mops, cloths and litter without any danger of cross contamination,” says medical business sales manager, Kelly Fallas. “The Alpha Trolley is made entirely from plastic components, which can be recycled safely and easily after use and the entire system has been designed to fold away for compact storage. Its undercarriage is completely sealed which prevents any dirt or micro-organic bacteria sticking to the trolley while in use. Also, the wheels, which have been produced from recyclable nonscratch rubber, also prevent pick up of dirt and ensure that no unsightly scratching of floors occurs.”
Fallas continues:“Storage on the trolley itself has also been improved with a split-level storage shelf and triple closed bag holders for mops, cloths and litter.A lockable side door and a secure key holding compartment adds to the security aspect of the trolley.” t: 01457 819 494 for details More articles from Robert Scott & Sons Ltd: |
