CSSA launches National Cleaning Awards
November 9th 2006

The Cleaning & Support Services Association is launching what it hopes will be the UK’s premier awards for the cleaning industry.

Taking place on 14 June 2007 at London’s Savoy Hotel, the awards will recognise best practice and outstanding achievement across the sector’s spectrum. They will also highlight how well the industry has tackled some of the rising issues it faces – from ‘Best Practice in the Integration of Migrant Workers’ to ‘Best Sustainability Initiative’ and ‘Best Cleaned Healthcare Location’.

CSSA Director General, Andrew Large, says the awards are the perfect way to celebrate the CSSA’s 40th anniversary. “We wanted to mark it with an event that fully reflects the huge strides that UK cleaning operatives and contract cleaning organisations which employ them have achieved in this time,” he said.

Tickets for the awards luncheon are on sale now. Around half have already been sold. For further awards information, bookings or sponsorship, call: 020 9720 9632.
