OGL Computer supplies the prof.ITplus sales order and stock
management software application, designed specifically for

recently updated the software's sales potential with the launch of the
Tele-order Template free update 'patch'.
Developed as a direct result of the needs of janitorial industry
suppliers, the new 'patch'provides telesales representatives with
comprehensive on-screen customer requirements and order
information at the click of a button, which can be instantly accessed
during a telesales call to help up-sell and improve customer service.
The Tele-order Template achieves this thanks to on-screen
presentation of customer order history, which makes it easy to
prompt customers if they would like to place a new order for
previously or regularly purchased stock items.
At the same time,Tele-order Template can be combined with the
additional CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module to
enable alerts, indicating to telesales representatives the optimum
time to call customers to enquire if they would like to place a new
order, based precisely on their order history.
