With CleanLink you can now click on any postcode and a
map, with directions to the location will be displayed.
Cleanlink claims that, as an integrated business system for
the cleaning industry, its software is second to none, both in terms of
functionality and support.
The system has been structured to work in harmony with best
business practices, based around your clients' sites, allowing users to
see at a glance costs relating to each area of their business: Payroll,
invoicing, stores,worksheets, budgets, quality control, risk
management, machinery, complaints, sales and purchase ledgers, and
a mobile option for PDAs all interface seamlessly. CleanLink can be
linked to external software such as Sage, providing total business
control.At any time reports can be produced, or automatic alerts
acted upon, to enable users to be proactive and offer excellent
customer service.
Also added in the latest version is an email system to batch emails,
including invoices and payslips. Recently a client prospecting module
to track quotes and callbacks was integrated into the system.
