Calling contract cleaners
October 1st 2007

CleanLink develops software solely for the contract cleaning industry with modules for payroll, invoicing, work sheets, stock, machinery, risk assessments, quality control and now mobile PDAs. Its latest mobile allows managers to carry up-to-date site information on a PDA or Smartphone. Workers can carry outside audits, receive instructions and complete staff starter forms. When a cellular connection is available the device can be truly roaming. Remote connections can also be made by Wi-Fi hotspots or docking with any internet connected PC. Information is imported into temporary files, where data is checked and altered if necessary before CleanLink is updated. To protect sensitive information on the device, all CleanLink data on the mobile is erased, when either the pin number is entered incorrectly, and the device receives the instruction 'wipe' from base or the program has not been used for a specified number of days.
