Easy attendance software

a-Log is an inexpensive method of logging the time spent by cleaners at each place of work. Low cost - with a complete starter kit including hardware and software for just £525 - a-Log is easy to use and negates manual records.

Each location is allocated an 'Identifier', an unobtrusive stainless steel button about the size of a Pound coin which can be attached to any suitable point within a room, building or area. The Identifier requires no maintenance, is waterproof and resistant to attempted vandalism. The device contains a unique number and this is used by the software application to identify the specific location.

Each cleaner is issued with a small handheld device or 'Wand'- they simply touch the Identifier with the Wand on entry and again on departure from the location.

When convenient, the Wand is uploaded by connecting it to a PC using the cable supplied as part of the package. The software enables supervisors to produce detailed reports for each cleaner and location showing time and duration of attendance and proving that the levels of service required are being satisfied.

The software application enables contractual attendance times to be set against each client with these being monitored automatically against the actual visits made. Any exceptions are highlighted enabling remedial action to be taken.
