Kranzle has developed its new heavy duty pressure washers to deliver more power at the nozzle, while protecting the water pump

Unlike traditional pressure washers Kranzle says its new heavy duty Profi 160TST along with the Kranzle Quadro deliver up to 30% more power at the nozzle because the pumps are not restricted by a chemical injector.

The company says other makes of pressure washers have low pressure chemical injectors that act as chokes resulting in a 25% to 30% loss of pressure even while the machine is being used at high pressure.

So when the gauge shows 130 Bar you will generally only have about 100 Bar at the lance. But with the new Kranzle Profi and Quadro when you see 130 Bar on the gauge that is also the pressure at the nozzle.

The Profi and Quadro can also spray detergent at high pressure giving you much more cleaning power and increased penetration where heavy grease needs to be removed or disinfecting is required.

The company says another big advantage with the new system is the protection of the pump. With a conventional pressure washer serous damage can occur if the water supply is inadequate. However the Profi and Quadro machines are protected by a built in water tank.

The Kranzle Quadro recently won the 'Best Overall' award in an independent test by Commercial Motor, scoring the highest points for design, mobility, operation and performance.

Manufactured in Germany since 1974, Kranzle also make forged brass pump heads with ceramic bonded plungers, stainless steel valves and control gear.

The company says internet feedback reveals that many of its customers still use Kranzle machines that are now 10 to 20 years old. "So with a two year warranty and a 10 year anti corrosion guarantee on the pump head customers can buy a Kranzle with confidence that it won't let you down,"says Kranzle's Graham Wilkinson.
