The Rolls Royce of steam cleaners
October 1st 2006

All machinery needs cleaning, but methods vary greatly. Saturno says its system has long been established as an exceptional name in steam cleaning, for its reliability and capabilities throughout its range of models. Designed purely for industry, using 3-phase 415v electricity, they are built for hard work and longevity,According to the company. All models have full British Boiler certification, essential for Health & Safety, and a requirement of plant engineers.

The Giove is a fixed system which will generate its own steam, or use a company's available plant steam to provide work stations for one or more operatives, and will also run the conveyor belt cleaning units.

The Saturno is being used in machine shops and food factories, and with clients such as Rolls Royce to British Bakeries, the equipment is applicable to all aspects of industry. Production lines, machinery, conveyors as well as floors, and walls can all be cleaned using steam and if required a detergent injection to break down greasy deposits, and have a vacuum, to leave a truly clean surface. Bug count tests have proved that the surface can be left sanitised and ready for use immediately, according to Saturno.

Available for hire, Saturno says the Giove system enables companies to achieve better and quicker results for occasional major clean-ups.

Whether the requirement is for a small machine, larger model, or a conveyor belt cleaning system, Saturno says Giove solves the problem swiftly and easily.
