Gum fighter
August 1st 2004

Chewing gum specialist, 3G Cleaning, has been called in by Watfords Mayor to work with the Council as it blitzes areas of the town centre.

Cleaners will use high-tech equipment to remove black and white blobs of stubborn gum from pavements. The high temperature, low pressure steam is mixed with an environmentally friendly cleaning agent to dissolve the gum.

The system uses a maximum of 50l of water a day and can also be used indoors on carpets, entrance mats and upholstery.
