Powerful but small

The original Cosmos industrial steam cleaning machine was launched by OspreyDeepclean at The Cleaning Show earlier this year, following a developing trend within the company's research and innovation platform, was just as powerful as any of the larger 26-30 000 W models already available in the market, but up to a third more compact in size.

Now, this machine has been made even more powerful, as a 36 000W model, offering even greater flexibility and scope in use than ever before -while still retaining all the advantages in handling and mobility that you would expect of its compact size says Thomas Stuecken, managing director.

Measuring 1070 x 740 x 1160mm the new more powerful Cosmos surpasses OspreyDeepclean's own Galaxy model, which until now was the company's supreme Industrial machine, being the power behind its acclaimed Conveyor Belt Cleaning System.

The Cosmos delivers more steam than ever before, a 800 litres per minute - that's nearly twice as much - with the punch to make it the most effective steam cleaner for any industrial application that money can buy.

If you can deliver more steam, you clean faster. Dry steam at 180°C in this massive volume is deployed at the optimum 10 bar pressure - making fast work of even the most stubborn, dirt ingrained, swarf-laden grease and grime imaginable. It dissolves grease, kills bacteria in an instant and sanitises every surface it touches, penetrating cracks and crevices and other hard to reach areas where manual cleaning with potentially hazardous chemicals cannot hope to go.

Operating from a three-phase electricity supply that meets the requirements of the majority of industrial factories and outlets, the Cosmos can be used for long periods of time (it has up to ten hours autonomy), and may be connected to a mains water supply to allow continuous fill.

Areas of production machinery that normally aren't cleaned at all, and gather dirt, grime and swarf, can be successfully steam cleaned by the Cosmos, aided further by the higher pressure.

Within the food processing and printing industries, as well as in the heavy engineering environment, the Cosmos has all the power you need. Similar to the Galaxy, it is as well suited to static operation in conjunction with a belt cleaner to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness in production lines.

Double outlets are available to feed twin work lines so that two operators may use the machine at the same time. This has tremendous advantages in steam cleaning productivity, as each outlet will provide steam volumes at least equal to a Galaxy or other powerful individual machines. Quality built in stainless steel the Cosmos is CE approved and carries Certificates of Conformity. Warranties are 1 year on the machine, 2 yrs on boilers.
