Consumables has won the
Open Tender contract from
Guy's & St Thomas'NHS
Foundation Trust hospitals for
the supply of cleaners'
microfibre trolleys and
consumables.
The four-year supply
contract will provide the
internationally renowned
London teaching hospitals
with JohnsonDiversey's NHSapproved
Jonmaster ultra
microfibre system for cleaning
wards, clinics and other areas
as part of an ongoing strategy
to control infections.
The independently validated
Jonmaster ultra microfibre
system has been proven to
reduce reliance on chemicals
against which bacteria have
developed an increasing
resistance.The physical removal
of harmful bacteria and C.diff
spores by ultra microfibre is
proven, without the addition of
aggressive chemicals.
CK Group will also be
responsible for the controlled
laundering of the microfibre
cloths after use.The trolleys are
lockable and fully enclosed for
security against contamination.
They are easily cleanable to
help prevent cross infection.
It is anticipated that CK
Group's total package, which
covered training, laundering,
and trolley replenishment, will
simplify quality control and
