TEAL is a trolley based selfcontained
unit which needs no
plumbing or drainage
connections and once plugged in
can provide up to 150 ten second
hot washes.
Hand washing before and after
patient contact is one of the
Department of Health's main
criteria for reducing hospital care
acquired infections (HCAIs).The
BigSynk can be positioned at the
point of impact to encourage
staff and visitors to use it.
Several UK medical
establishments have already
purchased the BigSynk to enable
people to wash their hands
before and after entering wards.
It is suitable for providing bedridden
patients with washing
facilities or for nursing staff to use
