Legislation requires employers to provide adequate skin care facilities for all employees.

However, professionals working in social care and community services are often without access to appropriate washing facilities or the skincare products required to protect their skin throughout the day.

"The Hand Hygiene Kit from Deb is a practical solution as it offers a proven three-step skin safety system for healthcare professionals in community settings," says Alan Nelson, national sales manager for Deb's Healthcare division.

"Portable, lightweight and convenient, the machine washable bag is large enough to accommodate gloves and paper towels and contains products designed to keep hands clean, particularly where facilities may not be up to the standard required.

"The hand wash has been formulated specifically for frequent use and the moisturising cream helps maintain skin condition. The sanitiser product offers a rapid means of disinfecting the skin, killing 99.999% of common germs in 15 seconds." Deb's Hand Hygiene Kit contains everything needed to cleanse, sanitise and restore the skin and ensures the necessary skin care facilities are provided for practitioners working in the community; giving the assurance that while they are out of sight, they are not out of mind.
