Actively gaining another award October 1st 2011 Activeion Europe GmbH, based in Baden, Switzerland, has scooped yet another European award for its chemicalfree cleaning technology.
Since the ionator EXP was launched in Europe, during the spring of 2010, it has won ten significant awards and has gained an HACCP certificate.
Now the Activeion technology has emerged as the clear winner in the Building and Facilities News Excellence Award for 2011 in the Cleaning Products category.
The Activeion ionator EXP claims to be Europe's first handheld tap-water ioniser - a completely chemical-free cleaning tool that ionises and converts tap water into temporarily ionised water.
The ionised water that sprays out when you squeeze the trigger has been proved to kill 99.9% of common bacteria plus the H1N1 Type A 2009 swine 'flu virus on hard nonporous surfaces. It also lifts all types of grease and soil.
"The UK facilities management and building services contractor market is one of our fastest growing areas of business," comments André G. Krell, general manager of Activeion Europe."This recognition reinforces our position as a company supplying value-added solutions."
