Group has added a light and
stylish look to its range of food
industry safety footwear with
the launch of its new Aimont
Gripper 440 range.
Suited to any industry
where hygiene and cleaning is
paramount, Jal Group's three
product Aimont Gripper 440
range is the latest in safety
footwear, combining all the
safety features required by
workers in the food sector.
In addition to being anticorrosive
and anti-allergic, its
Light Plus 200J non-metallic
toecap makes the Gripper
range extremely lightweight –
a key benefit for workers who
are on their feet all day.
The single density PU sole
provides enhanced slip
resistance, thanks to the
different sized cleats that
reflect the natural pressure
zones of the foot.
A special sole design,
prevents food particles and
liquids from sticking in the
channels as the design of the
intersecting lugs gives 'selfcleaning'
properties.
Extra comfort comes in the
shape of a specially
manufactured Scholl Techno
insole.Antistatic and offering
high breathability, its soft EVA
compound improves comfort
while walking, giving better
stability to the arch of the foot
area and, says JAL, absorbing
10% more shocks and microvibrations
than normal insoles.
The Gripper 440 range is
manufactured using WAT-OUT,
an alternative to leather,
providing greater breathabilty,
as well as being water proof
