Vacuumulated expertise
August 1st 2007

Part of the multi-billion TechTronic Industries,Vax says 30 years domestic experience and keenly-priced quality vacuums will win over the commercial market Launching a range of commercial tub and upright vacuums,Vax is drawing on three decades of floorcare expertise in bringing the products to market. Part of the multi billion dollar TechTronic Industries group,Vax originally made its name as a manufacturer of domestic appliances and claims to be market leader by volume in the domestic vacuum cleaner market.

Robust, durable and engineered to deliver superior cleaning performance,Vax says the commercial range upholds its tradition of quality, reliability and performance. The range has been designed to meet the needs of the commercial user with commercial grade motors, hoses, cables and floor tools but also uses Vax's expertise to ensure that all round cleaning performance is second to none.

As part of its quality-first approach,Vax has been testing the new range in the marketplace. The VCU-02 lightweight upright vacuum and the Commercial Pro tub vacuum have been on trial at Leabrook nursing home in Tipton where Rita Baker, Head of Domestics, and her team have given them a thorough workout.

"We have nothing but praise for both the vacuums," says owner Monica Lovell."They are extremely easy to use, light and manoeuvrable, very robust and have not let us down on even the toughest job.We couldn't wish for better." In addition to machines with high specification,Vax is committed to delivering strong after sales support. A dedicated UK based helpline is available with trained advisors to answer any query from MondayFriday 8am6pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am5pm.

Vax also offers a 'Return to Base'operation.Any issue that cannot be resolved over the telephone via the dedicated helpline will be collected from the customer, rectified by Vax and returned to the customer within 72 hours.Vax says this demonstrates its commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.

The Vax Commercial range is available from 89 excluding vat.
