More efficient floorcare February 1st 2007 Hako takes to stand M18 with a number of new machines, emphasising efficiency
innovation and environmental developments both indoors and out
Visitors to the stand can see first hand the new B70 scrubber
drier, designed to tackle medium and large areas with ease.
Able to tackle areas up to 3,200m2 and with an on-board
charger for ever-ready use, the company expects it to make a
considerable impact on the market.
To keep both costs and environmental impacts to a minimum, the
Hako-Aqua-Control-System ensures considerably less water and
cleaning agent is needed.When
the machine comes to a standstill,
the brushes and water supply are
automatically stopped.According
to Hako, dosage is precise aand
dependent upon machine speed,
while a new squeegee design
picks up the cleaning solution
even in difficult floor conditions.
In line with Hako's ethos, it has
been designed with operator
comfort in mind and features
height adjustable instruments
and excellent visibility. Hard
wearing components ensure
that the B70 offers low life
operating costs.
For applications where
environmental and health
issues are right to the fore,
such as hospitals, a special
white-coloured hospital
version of the B70 is available
with environmentally aware
features such as a silencer to reduce machine noise.
In addition to the B70 Hako will use the Cleaning Show to unveil
the Hakomatic 1800 LPG ride-on sweeper/scrubber-drier.With its
powerful LPG engine, large tanks and dirt hopper, the Hakomatic
1800 LPG can clean over 12,000 square metres an hour – suitable
both inside and outside the largest of facilities.
