All-in-one cleaning machine
May 1st 2005

The new CR 1200 Combination from Nilfisk-Advance offers all-inone floor cleaning in a single pass.

This multi-tasking ride-on machine sweeps, spray cleans and then dries floors at up to 6200m2 per hour. It can be used as a standalone sweeper or scrubber depending on the job in hand. The CR 1200 is suitable for large area cleaning such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, airports, exhibition centres and car parks.

The Nilfisk-Advance CR1200 is available either battery-powered or LPG-driven for indoor use, and in petrol or diesel versions for outdoor tasks. The 300-litre polyethylene solution tank is claimed to be larger than any comparable machine, which means longer running time between refills for maximising efficiency and lowering cleaning costs. The machine’s three scrub pressure settings – 55, 110 and 180kg – ensure that even the heaviest ground-in dirt is removed, while the curved squeegee leaves both smooth and uneven floors clean, dry and safe.

In addition, with the dust vacuum motor located in the hopper assembly, dust control remains active even when the high capacity hopper is raised for emptying.Designed for all types of environment, the CR 1200 also has a climbing ability and can handle up to 14% slopes with a full load.

It has an adjustable steering wheel to ensure operator comfort and reduce fatigue. The seating position affords a clear view of the working area for greater safety in use.Operators can be up and running with the minimum of training due to the CR 1200’s simple one-touch controls. No tools are required to access key components, so routine servicing, such as changing filters and brushes, can be completed easily with less downtime.
