Water saving cleaner
August 1st 2004

A new compact battery-powered scrubber-dryer that uses water so sparingly that only one tablespoonful is required to clean one square metre has been launched by Walter-Broadley Machines, a Tennant company.

The Tennant T3 features the FaST (Foam Scrubbing Technology) system developed by Tennant Company (featured in Cleaning Matters April 2004). This uses so little water that the scrubber-dryer can work for up to 400% longer on one tank of water than machines without the technology.

A powerful battery supply provides the Tennant T3 with up to three hours of runtime, while its manoeuvrability allows the operator to achieve maximum results with minimum operator fatigue.

Another feature of the Tennant T3 is its cleanable tanks. All corners of the tanks can be accessed so that the highest hygiene standards can be maintained.

The T3 is available with single or dual discs and thus with cleaning widths of either 43 cm or 50 cm.
