Gently does it for carpets
October 1st 2007

'Deep and gentle' is Cleanfix's philosophy when it comes to carpet and upholstery cleaning. Its smallest machine is the TW 300 S known as the 'little professional'. Weighing 9.5 kilos, with a 7 litres fresh and 7 litres dirty water capacity, and gliding along on four castors for maximum stability, this machine is suitable for restaurants or nursing homes for dealing with spillages. Moving up in scale the 2 x 15 litre capacity 2.3 bar TW 400 series models come in either single spray pump and jet nozzle, or dual pumps and jet nozzle versions. Designed for small to medium areas these machines are said to be light and manoeuvrable. The TW350 S and the 5 bar TW 600 have two pumps as standard, and, with the 600 model, a much larger 28/30 litre fresh/dirty water capacity. The TW 1240 and TW 1250 models are very alike in appearance, both offering 35 litre fresh water capacity and 40 litres dirty, but the 1700 watt 1250 version has a variable pressure facility (2-11 bar) allowing a gentle prespray application followed by spray extraction function to blast dirt from deep within carpet fibres. Both models may be accessorised with heavy duty aluminium carpet adaptors providing additional nozzles and greater cleaning widths of up to 30cm and 40cm respectively.
