Chemspec Europe says its new Chemstractor SC delivers high performance carpet cleaning – either on its own as a low moisture system or as an extra to hot water extraction methods

Professional carpet cleaners are always looking for better, quicker and easier ways to clean carpets to attain high levels of customer satisfaction while earning serious rewards for their effort, experience and investment.

The New Chemstractor SC from Chemspec Europe offers high performance cleaning of carpets with real flexibility to suit specific application needs. The machine can be used on its own as a complete, low moisture cleaning tool or as an extra to conventional hot water extraction methods where a powerful scrubbing action is needed to break down heavy soiling.

Shampooing, rotary extraction, and bonnet carpet cleaning are all available with the Chemstractor SC and the user can quickly and easily change from one method to another to suit the type of work involved.

Even hard floors can be cleaned using the optional squeegee ring attachment.

This flexible approach can greatly reduce the time taken and can enable the professional carpet cleaner to offer competitive prices with good profit potential whilst keeping standards high. Commercial office carpets need to be cleaned regularly without over wetting and at a sensible cost and the Chemstractor SC is the tool for the job. Initially, if the carpets are very dirty, the soiling is broken down with the scrubbing action and the extraction ring instantly removes the soil suspended in the shampoo foam and collects it in the wet pickup vacuum unit on top of the machine. As this method uses 54 per cent less moisture than conventional wet extractors, large areas can be cleaned quickly and effectively with a fraction of filling and emptying and leave the carpets virtually dry on completion.

Regular maintenance cleaning can then be accomplished using the bonnet cleaning method.

This lifts the soil from the face of the carpet and allows high speed cleaning of more than 200 square metres per hour. At the right price, commercial organisations like to arrange for regular cleaning to be done on a scheduled, contract basis providing the operator with a known income which can be relied upon.

Claims claims the Chemstractor SC is exceptional in its design and build quality. The heavy-duty construction is precision balanced to allow easy operation where carpet scrubbing exerts very heavy loads, which can be handled with finger-tip control.

The machine will not overheat even with extended periods of use and the use of chrome alloy steel gears and lifetime lubricated bearings gives the Chemstractor SC a remarkable reliability profile.

Chemspec Europe is pleased to arrange demonstrations confident that it will be a real asset to the one man carpet cleaner, the contract cleaning company and end users alike.

Free training courses with hands-on practice and coverage of the sales approach suitable for the commercial marketplace are available to readers of Cleaning Matters who register their interest in the possible acquisition of a Chemstractor SC within one month of the circulation of this issue of the magazine.
