Double trouble for stains
August 1st 2007 Wet cleaning can bring a host of difficulties, including shrinkage, adhesive damage, bringing closure of areas that have to dry before becoming accessible again,and may leave unpleasant lingering smells. SEBO's Duo cleaning system dispenses with the need for wet cleaning using water with its brushing machine and Duo-P, a carpet cleaning powder The Duo features twin contra-rotating brushes, which work to open up the carpet pile to allow the duo-P cleaning powder to penetrate deep into the pile and around every fibre for optimum cleaning. The Duo-P powder has been specifically formulated with thousands of microsponges for maximum cleaning performance. It is suitable for every cleaning challenge – it contains a safe, effective solvent for soiling from grease and a neutral shampoo where the soiling is non-greasy. It also contains an anti-resoilant to help combat and delay the reoccurrence of dirt. When the cleaning powder is brushed through the carpet, it releases dirt and grime from the pile which is then absorbed into the micro-sponges.Vacuum away the powder and the carpet is left clean, fresh and dry.The system is also able to eradicate dust mites. SEBO has designed the Duo system to be as effective over large areas as possible, with the design allowing two standard Duo machines to be linked together to create one 70cm machine.
