Shiny floors faster
December 1st 2007 The Cleaning Pad Company has
supplied 'Twister' floor cleaning
pads to retail contract cleaning
specialist GS Associates at very
short notice.The diamondencrusted
pads were used on a
Terrazzo floor which had just
been fitted at a 35,000 sq ft
supermarket retail store, located
in Northern Ireland.
"Although the floor was fairly
new,we just couldn't get a
decent shine or sheen using our
previous standard cleaning
pads," explains Steven Homer,
director, GS Associates."We really
wanted to improve the floor's
finish and it was actually the
customer that mentioned The
Cleaning Pad Company's Twister
product as it was being used in
other stores."
Well suited to surfaces like
Terrazzo, Twister Pads are
designed to deliver superior
shine with a high gloss and non
slip finish, eradicate the use of
harsh chemicals and eliminate
the need for periodic cleaning.
"Once our operatives had
received the necessary training,
they found them really simple to
use," says Homer."We quickly
saw a substantial improvement
in the finish of the floor as well
as its general cleanliness.The
concept creates a cleaning
process that is easy to follow,and
in the right circumstances,we
would definitely use them again."
