Latest machine steams ahead

The Universe industrial steam cleaner is one of the latest machines from the OspreyDeepclean/Frank GmbH collaboration.

The 80kW diesel unit delivers both dry and saturated 'wet' steam (variable up to 168 kg/h) at 10-bar pressure for cleaning applications requiring extra power.

The unit is said to have a heating up time of 4 – 5 minutes and a nominal steam temperature of 180 C.The Universe can be topped up with fresh water at any time during operation enabling it to run continuously.

For really tough cleaning jobs there is the facility to add detergents into the steam jet at 3 selectable levels (low,medium, high) depending upon the need.So too the volume of steam may be adjusted,variable from 78 kg/h to a powerful 168 kg/h.

The Universe industrial steam cleaner has been compared to a pressure washer, but with the exception of the resulting water on the floor.
