by region, the location and

making sourcing products easy.
Also featured is the Nilco
'Active Audit' system. It allows
managers to compile a cleaning
audit checklist for every sector.
The Active Audit is an online help
facility that enables independent
caterers to attain the same level
of hygiene auditing as the larger
multiple outlet chains,without
incurring high additional costs. It
uses clear illustrations and is an
easy to use product guide for all
staff, particularly helpful for nonnative
English speakers.
