Attachment increases versatility
August 1st 2011

Broadwood International, UK distributors of the BroomEx pedestrian power broom range, has introduced a debris collection hopper.

This piece of equipment sits over front mounting points on the BroomEx sweeper and runs along on its own four castoring wheels ahead of the rotating brush. Due to the pivoting brush head design, the rotating brush is free to spin right up to kerbs and other obstacles without impediment from the collection hopper, meaning gulleys and gutters can be swept clean in one pass, and removing the need for the operator to go back and collect the swept debris and material.

Once the hopper is full, it can be emptied from the operator's position by pulling on the handle which pivots the hopper over to dispense its contents.

Available to fit all models in the BroomEx range, the debris collection hopper helps increase the versatility of this sweeper.
