The company provides a range of cleaning services, from office and window cleaning to high-tech and computer room cleaning.
"As part of our commitment to quality service, we have people on the ground conducting quality audits of our cleaning services on a daily basis. While this is an important part of our work, it meant supervisors were away from their desks and inaccessible via email,"said Cameron.
"In some instances, it would take up to six hours to reply to a client's email.
Another challenge we faced was that the reporting process itself was paper-based and convoluted."
