Five scrubber dryer factors
August 1st 2011

Numatic has set down five factors to consider when selecting a compact battery scrubber dryer.

The battery is a big factor.

Interchangeable battery packs offer non-stop cleaning, a quick "pit stop" to clip on a fresh battery is all it takes. No downtime while charging will get the most from a machine.

A scrubber dryer often has multiple users; simple intuitive controls allow all users to get to grips with operation.

Manoeuvrability is important when it comes to compact scrubber dryers, narrow aisles, fixtures and fittings all need to be negotiated.

Filling and emptying is another factor. A scrubber that is ready to work with no fuss is a preferred choice.A dump hose is the best option for emptying, allowing dirty water to flow into a drain, gully or bucket avoiding pouring contaminated water into potable sinks.

A manufacturer who can handle technical questions, servicing and training is the fifth factor.

Numatic will arrange a free demonstration to show the TTB1840 in action.
