now offers the option of
extending a warranty to three
years parts and labour cover.
Every machine sold in the UK is
eligible providing a scheduled
three year service plan is adhered
to.A simple form is
completed and returned
within 14 days of
purchase to register
the machine; a
service plan is then
assigned
according to the
amount and type
of use.
Kranzle says the
three year
warranty is a highvalue
bonus to all customers.
It says prudent buyers who
protect their investment by
regular servicing will find the
additional cover is virtually costfree.
Only locally based Kranzle
Approved Service Centres will be
appointed to carry out servicing.
Warranty is transferable to
another owner as long as all
owners adhere to the service
plan. Should the amount or type
of use change significantly from
the original details on the
registration form, the service
plan will be amended to suit.
All Kranzle suppliers are able
to offer the three year warranty.
An Approved Service Centre will
be appointed to
maintain the
machine where the
supplier does not
carry out servicing.
Contract costs are
paid directly to the
Approved Centre
only when the
work becomes due – there
are no advance charges for
servicing.Kranzle would like to
