Heavy Duty Scarifier
December 1st 2004 The Cimex HD floor scarifier has been re-launched by Truvox International and is said to set new standards for performance, ease-of-use and low operating costs.
The heavy duty machine is suitable for most hard surfaces. Its scarifying action effortlessly breaks down stubborn impacted contaminants. In such applications, including the removal of stubborn tile or carpet adhesives, tyre rubber, swarf and even ice from the floor of walk-in freezers, Truvox reports that the machine typically achieves a cleaning coverage of 600 to 950m2/h.
Its performance is attributed to a 3-brush mechanism, that incorporates a contra-rotating planetary system and ensures a thorough cleaning action and greater operational control with a torqueless action.
