United they stand, with new support offer
October 1st 2009

Bob Vincent, executive chairman of LCC Support Services, has offered management support to smaller UK independent cleaning contractors during the recession.

The offer includes a package of non-cleaning activities such as BICSc and IOSH training, health and safety courses, site risk assessment, payroll and invoice management and full management and HR back up.

"I started as a cleaning man with a van and vacuum and now have a business employing 2,000 staff. I have experienced the barrage of rules and red tape aimed at the cleaning profession and small businesses; and now have a wealth of experience and specialist training in house," says Vincent."When the going gets tough, the contractor must keep his eye on the job at all times as he could become distracted with time absorbing management activities and regulations that we can handle. LCC has the full capability and sense of community responsibility to provide that service to smaller companies in our industry."
