integrated contract
management system designed
for UK contract cleaning
companies in 2009. A modern,
well-supported solution to
replace the use of multiple, nonspecific

CMS is now
being rolled out
at four key
cleaning
companies
across the UK,
with more on the
way.
One is
Exclusive
Contracts in Hertfordshire, a
provider of services to a large
retail chain and general
commercial sites. It is replacing
its legacy payroll system with
the Templa-CMS Payroll module.

Templa-CMS provides full
operational management of a
cleaning contract from cradle-tograve.
Contract information is
stored entirely within a central
MS-SQL database and offers
role-based access by staff from
the office or at any remote
location with Internet access.
