February 1st 2009 Enviro-Mat from COBA Europe is
one of the newest and 'greenest'
products to be added to the
company's entrance matting
collection.Manufactured from
100% recycled materials – plastic
bottles and tyres – the mat is
available in a choice of colours
and sizes, and is suitable for a
wide variety of environments,
especially entrance areas.
The heavy-duty recycled
rubber backing effectively holds
the mat in position, even on
carpet and smooth floors.The
attractively designed top surface,
made from UV and fade resistant
polyester carpet, features a raised
pattern that helps to scrape dirt
and wipe excess moisture from
footwear.
Dirt particles are captured in
the channels of the mat's surface
and can either be shaken free or
vacuumed.Total edge to edge
carpet coverage eliminates the
problem of broken or torn
borders, improving the longevity
of the product.
Enviro-Mat is available in blue,
brown, grey and charcoal in 0.6m
x 0.9m, 0.9m x 1.5m and 1.2m x
