August 1st 2011 Classeq Eau de Vie, the on-site
chilled filtered water system,
has launched a bottle-cleaning
rack designed to work in a
standard glasswasher.
The rack has been designed
by warewasher manufacturer
Winterhalter, to clean up 25
bottles at a time.The simple
idea will help enhance hygiene
in the increasing number of
outlets offering on-site, filtered
mains water as an alternative to
bottled mineral water.
The 500x500mm rack will fit
in most standard glasswashers,
but is tailored for use with the
Winterhalter UC series of
