An environmentally friendly and cost effective way of washing small tools and mobile construction plant on-site has been developed jointly by Blue Diamond and Travis Perkins.

The Bio-Zyme wash-down station disposes with the need for an in-ground inceptor, which is brought above ground level and replaced by a shallow tray covered with a load- bearing platform.

Oil and muck cleaned from machinery by a water jet drains through the platform into the trays sump which has integrated filtration unit. This captures particle matter and retains oil and hydraulic fluid contamination.
