Sky's welcome – but not Ecolab's limit

Ecolab's Institutional Division has won the contract for LSG Sky Chefs at London Heathrow.

The site has 7 dish machines (2 cart wash) and serves almost 9 million meals per year.

A team of Ecolab engineers successfully installed a central dosing system comprising four Topmater Piston pumps dosing Topmatic Hero detergent with a low level alarm system from a 600 litre bulk container. This is controlled by an Ecoplus EXN with a probe sensor for desired concentration.

Four Topmater piston pumps also dose Clear Dry Classic at a set flow rate.

This system has been fitted to three Hobart FTX machines designed to accommodate cutlery, melamine, various glasses and china.The team also installed on a Meiko BA251c-c trolley wash.
