Shopping spree for MacLellan

PRUPIM has appointed MacLellan International to provide total facilities management to fourteen of its shopping centres.

PRUPIM is increasing its managed shopping centre portfolio through bringing in-house the management of three Scottish Amicable shopping centres currently managed externally, and in doing so is expanding the contract which MacLellan already holds. Already responsible for the smooth running of The Mall at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol,West Orchards Shopping Centre in Coventry, and The Brunswick Centre in Scarborough,MacLellan will increase its PRUPIM portfolio by a further 11 shopping centres.

PRUPIM's head of shopping centres, Mark Boor, said:"MacLellan currently provides a first class FM service to three of our shopping centre, and the project will be rolled out in phases over 2006."
