NJC secures contract
June 1st 2007

Not Just Cleaning (NJC) has been awarded a three-year contract with a leading UK property company – Land Securities.

The contract started on 1 May 2007 and comprises cleaning and fabric maintenance services for Land Securities'portfolios 2 & 4 in the capital.

This consists of many prestigious London properties including the impressive and contemporary New Street Square development in Midtown. NJC was one of two cleaning service providers selected from a shortlist of six, which included some of the industry's major players.

Land Securities senior estate manager, Ian Burr, comments "The selected companies were chosen because they have shown an excellent understanding of, and alignment with, Land Securities core values, coupled with a refreshing passion for service delivery".
