MITIE big contract
December 1st 2010 Manchester Airport has awarded
a facilities management contract
to MITIE due to its flexibility and
aviation management.
The services involved in the
contract include terminal
cleaning, car park and road
sweeps, internal waste
management and winterisation
(preparing the airport for the
onset of winter each year).
As part of the contract, MITIE has
signed up to Manchester
Airport's Customer Services
Standards programme, which it
runs in association with its
service partners.
Johan Ventor, director of
transport cleaning said,"This is a
welcome addition to our
portfolio and we look forward to
