Contract's jewel in the crown
October 1st 2007 MacLellan Retail Services will
be providing security, cleaning
and waste management to
CrownGate shopping centre in
Worcester.The company has
implemented its OPTIMA service
model, designed specifically for
the destination market.
"The primary decision to
select MacLellan, as the
preferred supplier of integrated
services for CrownGate, was
reached after lengthy and
careful consideration," says
Carolyn Mantle, centre manager
at CrownGate."MacLellan has
some very interesting plans for
improving service performance
at CrownGate and we look
forward to working with them
for a long time to come."
This is the second contract
awarded by CBRE to MacLellan
this year.MacLellan also provides
an integrated FM service
solution for the Silverburn
shopping centre, located in the
south side of Glasgow. |
