A service LPM can depend on
December 1st 2007 Southern based facilities
management, cleaning and
security company LPM has
expanded its northern business
base with the acquisition of 50
year old contract cleaning and
janitorial supplies business,
Dependable Services in Leeds.
LPM operates primarily across
the south of England, the
acquisition of Dependable with
its 450 staff will further expand
its base and client offer.All LPM
contracts in the north will soon
be handled from Dependable's
Leeds based Cross Green
Industrial Park premises. The
Dependable business will add
over £5m to LPM's turnover and
its janitorial supplies business
will benefit the LPM Group.
Stephen Taylor,Dependable's
retiring md and owner will be
succeeded by 42 year old Nigel
Wilson who joins from GMW.
Dependable has two CHSA
Distributor Service Excellence
Awards and the Company is
accredited to BS EN ISO
