Vehicle wash specialist Morclean has a new line of industrial vehicle washing and brush wash systems to suit all fleets – from trains to cars

Up until late 2006 Morclean sourced its drive through lorry washing equipment from traditional UK manufacturers, but felt the product range was limited and the equipment becoming outdated. So the company partnered a leading European manufacturer to enable production of standard and bespoke machines to exacting standards.

This range was designed to meet customer specifications and accommodate all their vehicle washing needs, and these can be summarised in four categories : Industrial Lorry Wash System: Designed to accommodate all lorry washing needs, the system is available with two, three or five brushes and there's also the option of installing a hydraulic or pneumatic system. A full range of auto brush wash and lorry wash systems are available and can be manufactured and installed to suit all types of vehicles.

Industrial Bus Wash System: Designed for those who need to clean a large amount of vehicles quickly and efficiently – from single deckers, double deckers, luxury coaches to minibuses. Capable of cleaning up to 30 vehicles per hour, numerous optional features are available.

Industrial Car Wash System: Top of the range three brush system developed to accommodate all car wash needs. Incorporating automatic rollover brush wash design and water recycling technology, the company says its strengths are versatility, reliability and simplicity.

Specialist equipment: Bespoke washing plant for tanks, trains, and any other type of irregular shaped vehicles.This systems incorporate spray arches, moving arch or brush wash technology, or a combination of both.A cost effective system, waste water is collected and recycled.

The company also has inhouse CAD capability and can provide a complete design and build service.
