Bacteria: it's killing time June 1st 2008 Solution UK's Cleanguard permanently bonds to surfaces –
simultaneously protecting them and killing bacteria
The aqueous cleaner-sanitiser permanently
bonds to the surface or substrate, providing a
protective layer that also kills bacteria upon
contact.Tested to BS EN 1276 and BS EN 13704 it
delivers a proven broad-spectrum kill.
As a cleaner it easily cuts through grease, grime
and heavy soiling (even bodily fluids), removes
tough stains and removes odours at source.
Cleanguard can be used on almost any surface or
material, including natural and man made.According
to Solution UK, it is safe to use, safe in storage,
reduces Health& Safety risks and required no
hazardous warnings on the label. It is fully
biodegradeable and environmentally safe.
Whereas other traditional products poison
microbes, the anti-microbial component is bonded
to the substrate surface, and through positively
charged ions, draws a long hydrocarbon chain
through the bacteria's cell wall, disrupting it and
killing it. So microorganisms are destroyed by simple
contact with the surface. Since it does not dissipate,
it minimises or eliminates the potential for
microorganisms to adapt, build up tolerance or
become resistant.
The technology does not leach, or migrate and is
non-sensitising, thereby allowing it to be used in
sensitive areas and high dependency hospital wards.
It is also suitable for doctors surgeries and nursing
homes, laboratories, military facilities, food and meat
processing plants, schools, hotels, leisure and sports
facilities, airports
and more. More articles from Solution U.K. Limited: |
