Dries full loads every time
December 1st 2006 Food producers require exacting hygiene standards, so when bacon producer,Direct Table Foods, needed replacement tumble dryers, it opted for Huebsch units from Armstrong Commercial Laundry Systems. The laundry at the Cuffley plant processes white lab coats which have to be clean for every worker on every shift – around 200 coats each day.Additionally it handles all the engineers'boiler suits and the padded body suits worn by workers in the freezer section. "Our previous dryers were over 50 years old," says engineering manager,Glenn Adams,"and it was a distraction to have to make our own spares!
