The name Dema has been associated with the chemical dispensing and control industry for over 50 years, however during the past two years the design engineers at Dema have been busy designing and developing a new range of automatic dishwashing dispensing systems.

Unlike many manufacturers whom simply design and introduce modern ascetically pleasing systems, that are basically nothing more than a new modern looking enclosure, still using existing electronics with a couple of flashing lights, but still they perceive and claim this is meeting the demands of today's customers.

The dispensing market for dishwashing application has become saturated, there are now more manufacturers, and dispensers available than ever before, the choice you have is vast, how do you make that choice, and how you decide what is best for your business, make the wrong choice and you could have disastrous consequences.

So why have Dema invested huge financial sums in to a market that we claim is saturated, the reason, simple, you have told us your needs are not being satisfied.

Dema wanted to satisfy these needs, we would have only one opportunity to get this right, there was no second chance, we have spent two years designing this new system, listening to our customers, and the customers of our competitors, Dema are very good at is listening, but more importantly we do what we say we will, if we can't we say so.

Our objective was to provide a dispenser that would offer total reliability, reduced installation time, eliminate the number of service calls received, large display and programming screen, which has backlighting, soft-touch programming, security, probe/probeless capability, patented autoswitchover in the event of a probe problem, patented pump housing, that requires no tools to replace a squeeze tube, preprogramming prior to installation, self diagnostic check, simple data recording, electronics design that isolates any voltage above 24v, plus many other standard features.

In addition to all the features mentioned, there are optional extras you can add to the dispenser, a completely maintenance free probe, not affected by water conditions or hardness, completely eliminates all the problems currently associated with installing a probe, wash and rinse signal sensors, eliminates the difficulties associated with getting the correct voltage, and correct sequence for the signal, completely voltage free, completely safe.

The new product is known as the Titan range, a truly flexible and versatile system, available in any configuration from 1-2-3 pumps, can also be used to dispense solid or powder chemicals.

We truly believe in the need for flexibility, reduced inventory, and to provide our customers with continuity, a system that provides you with your own corporate identity, the Titan range shall be extended, to provide chemical dispensing for laundry, from 1-6 pumps.
